The S&S Cycle 136" Big Bore Kit delivers serious performance while keeping the factory look intact. Our 4.320" bore forged pistons and color matched cylinders are designed to work with the your 121" stock 4 5/8" stroke flywheels to offer 136" of big-bore power as a bolt on kit works with stock crankcases and requires no machining. Even the original engine serial number stays with the bike.

The Black Granite cylinders with highlighted fins closely match the factory finish, giving your CVO the sleeper look while packing a whole lot more engine underneath.

Tech Tips:-

* THIS KIT HAS 13:1 COMPRESSION & SHOULD ONLY BE USED BY AN EXPERIENCED ENGINE BUILDER

* Use Care during assembly to avoid damage to Cylinder Spigots.

* Ring gap & Piston to Cylinder Clearance must be checked.

* Rev Limit should be set at 3500 rpm for Initial Run In Period.

* Re-Calibration of Ignition Timing & Fuel Mixture is required.
