* Jims Fork Seal Installation Tool Part Number JM-2047 makes Fork Seal Installation a Breeze.

* Check the fit of the Damper Tube Lower Stop OEM 45834-77 in the bottom of the Fork Tube prior to assembly - It must seat fully as a loose fit - we have seen variances in the Diameter of the Lower Stop. Part Number BAI-23-0195 Lower Stop is available if required - alternatively the O.D of the existing could be machined slightly for clearance.
